RK has over 17 years of industry experience in the domain of Telecom, Embedded software and Semiconductors. For the last eight years he was co-founder of two starts ups in the technology domain where he has held various positions in engineering, marketing and management. At Vayavya RK is responsible for overall management and strategic decisions related to engineering and business activities. Prior to Vayavya he was part of world wide Video Marketing team at Genesis Microchip. He was responsible for finding alternate and adjacent markets for the main line ATV and DTV ASIC solutions of the company and driving the marketing efforts to monetise the same.
Prior to Genesis he co-founded Smart Yantra Technologies in 2001 which was acquired by NASDAQ listed Semiconductor firm Genesis Microchip Inc. in 2004. At Smart Yantra he was responsible for setting up Sales and Marketing of its products and services. At Smart Yantra he built the marketing strategies for IP and IP-enabled services for consumer electronics and streaming applications. He was instrumental in establishing the sales and marketing channels and partnerships in USA, Taiwan and Japan.
Prior to Smart Yantra he had a stint with Indian Air Force, Accord Software and Systems and HP in leading different engineering activities/groups. RK holds a degree in computer science from Karnataka University and diploma in Aeronautical engineering. He is also a qualified ISO 9000 series quality initiatives implementor.
Uma Bondada is responsible for product engineering and delivery. She began her career as lecturer (1990-94) at Dayanand Sagar College of Engineering prior to moving to software industry. For last 12 years (1994-2005) and has worked in different engineering capacities at XLnet Software, HP, Orbit Software Inc. Uma’s expertise's are in the domain of language parser, terminal firmware and mission critical back-up software. Uma holds a graduate degree in Electronics and Telecommunication from Bangalore University. Uma is an excellent team coordinator and specializes in conceptualizing and implementation of software product quality test suites.
Vineet Srivastava, Director Sales & Marketing, heads Vayavya's Embedded Design Services initiative. He is responsible for growth and management of this business unit. Before Vayavya, Vineet has 15 years of industry experience managing large scale multisite projects and software vendors. Most recently he was managing teams in Philips Consumer Electronics division responsible for lifestyle products development. Vineet has extensive exposure to business development in Asia Pacific and Europe. He hold B.Tech from IIT Roorkee.
Karthcik is responsible for product development and requirements in Vayavya Labs. He has over nine years of experience in virtual prototyping technologies and their application. Has led several standardization activities in his previous organization (NXP Semiconductors), which have since been made public as CoReUse standard from IP Extreme (http://www.ip-extreme.com/coreuse.shtml). He represented NXP in standardization body in SystemC (Transaction Level Modeling (TLM) working group) and contributed to TLM2.0 standard. Some of his pioneering work in Virtual Prototyping that he worked while at NXP have been shown on real products to accelerate time-to-market and to enable early system architecture exploration over multiple Business Units of Home, Mobile (now part of ST-Ericsson), Identification and Car entertainment.
Karthick hold bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from IIT-Khargpur.

Parag is a serial entrepreneur with over 17 years of industry experience, out of which 8 years have been in high technology startups. At Vayavya; he is one of key contributors to in the definition of a Device Driver generator which is the company’s flagship product. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors and advises Vayavya on technology aspects.
Currently he is the CTO at Saankhya Labs Pvt Ltd. He drives the overall technology and strategic roadmaps of the company and is directly responsible for the Wireless DSP, DSP firmware, DSP tool and Systems groups. He is also responsible for product marketing. He is one of the co-founders of the company and is a member of the Board of Directors. Prior to Saankhya he co-founded Smart Yantra technologies one of India’s first Video IP streaming companies in 2000 and Vayavya Labs India’s first Electronic Design Automation Company in 2006. Both companies are high technology product companies. Smart Yantra was acquired by Genesis Microchip in 2004.
His work experience includes product conception and development, system/software architecture, building and binding strong technical teams and product marketing. He has built strongly motivated high technology teams in Saankhya, Vayavya and Smart Yantra . At Smart Yantra he was the CTO and was responsible for the overall technology and product roadmap of the company. He conceived and architected the world’s first Video over WiFi system solution that won several awards. Post acquisition in Genesis, he built the DTV demodulation technology team at Bangalore, reporting to the CTO. At Ishoni Networks he was one of the key architects of the world’s first Gateway on Chip solution. At Philips Research and Consumer Electronics he was instrumental in defining software and system architectures for a range of Analog and Digital TV ICs. He has filed 3 US and India patents and has many more in the pipeline.
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Karnatak University Dharwad in 1992.He was won numerous awards including “2nd rank to the University – 1991” ,‘Best Student- Year 1992 by Rotary Club Belgaum” , ‘Best Employee award – Year 1998 by Philips’
Muthu has over 21 years of Semiconductor, VLSI design industry experience starting with Texas Instruments India, Sage Design Systems India, Genesis Microchip India and KarMic, India. Muthu serves on the board of Vayavya Labs to define it’s strategies and creating business networks.
Currently he is the senior executive of Bangalore based Sonic Chips India Pvt Ltd and Coimbatore based TanMic Pvt Ltd. Both these companies are engaged in building Analog VLSI design IC products for Audio Systems to build world class products for Indian and worldwide Consumer Electronic(CE) markets.
At TI India, Muthu had pioneered the Digital Signal Processing (DSP) product revolution through custom DSP (cDSP) product development efforts for many customers by combining standard ASIC design flows and full custom VLSI design flows and product development efforts. This paved the way for huge business options for TI’s standard DSP chips. Prior to that, he initiated all TI-India ASIC activities in India after having a 5 year stint in their Design Automation Division.
He left TI to start Sage Design Systems India along with it’s founders and promoters in US(Sage, Inc) to build world’s first LCD controller IC products, which finally lead to Sage, Inc listing in NASDAQ with an eventual MKT CAP valuation of over 350M$(Nov 11 1999).
In 2000-01, US based Genesis Microchip acquired Sage world wide operations. Muthu headed all of the Indian operation and groups of the combined company (MKT CAP of close to 1B$) and grew the team in all areas - R&D, ENGINEERING, MARKETING, FIELD SUPPORT and even SALES.
His team had put more than 20 IC products in customer hands and products, some of them had yielded individual lifetime revenue of 150-200M$. In Genesis, Muthu also played a major role in acquiring Smart Yantra Technologies and integrating it inside.
He left Genesis and helped many startup companies like Saankhya Labs, Vayavya Labs, KarMic, TanMic and recently Sonic Chips India Pvt Ltd, all of them either in Semiconductor or related areas.
In TI, Muthu was elected to its Technical council as Member Group Technical Staff (MGTS), an elected and only a proven few are given this honor. He has co-authored many papers in VLSI domains and is a co-inventor of 1 US patent in CMOS Gate Array technology.
Muthu has a bachelors engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from Madras University(’85) and a Masters degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Anna University(’87).
